Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped from Spain to the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. TRUFA PET is not responsible for delays caused by US Customs.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
